Description:

Rehabbing classes for each species begin in February, with the class on “Skunk Babies” on February 4, “Opossums” on February 11,” and “Squirrels” on February 25, all from 1 pm to 3 pm. Classes on other species will follow throughout the spring.

All classes are held at SWR’s Wildlife Center, 771 Pleasant Valley Rd., Diamond Springs (Note our address has changed). Classes are free to SWR Members; a $5 donation is requested from the general public, or you can join SWR as a member at the class. Parking is limited, so please make reservations well in advance by calling Barbara at 530-621-2650 or emailing her at barbaraewing@cal.net. Please cancel if you register and cannot attend, since there is always a waiting list.
