Cameron Park Event: Sierra Wildlife Rescue Hosts 2019 Toast to Wildlife Champagne Brunch
Sierra Wildlife Rescue will hold its 2019 Toast to Wildlife Champagne Brunch, our major annual fundraiser, on Sunday, April 4, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Cameron Park Country Club, 3201 Royal Dr, Cameron Park. This is our most important fundraiser of the year, and will include an elegant brunch (11:30 -1:00) catered by the club, complimentary champagne and a no-host bar. Our featured speaker will be well-known Wildlife Capture Specialist and Researcher Ben Nuckolls, who will provide exciting views of these wildlife support activities.
In addition to visits with our live “Educational Ambassador” hawks and owls, videos of our adorable wild critters in rehab, and other attractions, you will enjoy a variety of raffles featuring contributions from local business supporters, including a “pick-your-prize raffle,” door prizes, and a “Silent Auction” of high-end, wildlife-themed art and other items. The Grand Prize of of the raffle is a donation of $5,000 for a Princess Cruise. You must be present to participate in the Silent Auction and the pick-your-prize raffle drawings.
Tickets for the event ($40) and the pick-your-prize raffle must be purchased in advance, and will be held for you at the “will-call” desk at the door.
