Placerville Event: Wakamatsu Farm Volunteer Orientation

Help us preserve & share history! ARC is seeking adults and older teens who will commit to regular weekly, monthly, or quarterly volunteer hours at Wakamatsu Farm. ARC also needs a large group of volunteers for the big sesquicentennial 4-day festival on June 6 to 9, 2019. If you want to regularly volunteer at the Farm, or you represent a group of volunteers who can help during WakamatsuFest150, this session will help you understand service commitments and next steps.

During this full-day immersion, you will generally learn about the Farm and the many volunteer programs available, including: Historical, natural, and cultural interpretation Gardening Maintenance and building Event planning and helping Teaching and education programs Wakamatsu Farm is preparing for WakamatsuFest150. Interpreters are especially needed for our Spring 2019 event!
