MINDFUL MOVEMENT: INTRO TO YOGA FOR HIKERS Sept. 14, Oct. 4, and Oct. 25, 5:30pm-sunset Explore the connection to ourselves and the natural world through simple breathing exercises and gentle yoga movements. Instead of "checking out," as hikers we'll practice checking in to the benefits and healing experience of moving mindfully. Julie McKechnie is a CA Naturalist and lifelong hiker who has been studying, practicing, and teaching yoga for 15 years. All fitness levels welcome. Ages 10+ w/adult welcome.
