Coloma Event: Essential Oils for a Home Apothecary–Natural First Aid Tips

Saturday, March 24th 11am – 1pm

Essential oils were man's first medicine. They possess powerful antibacterial, anti-microbial, anti-viral, and antiseptic properties that make them highly effective infection-fighters, immune-boosters and wound-healers. Come learn how to create your own natural pharmacy kit that will help protect you and your family. Kat Fleming’s passion for alternative medicine and natural remedies progressed into a study of the therapeutic properties of essential oils in 2004. She has since held numerous essential oil workshops in Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Portland on the topics of immune health, emotional balance, skin care, meditation, pain-reduction, digestive health and cleansing. Responsible teen+ welcome. Contact ARC for meeting location (Coloma area) and to sign up. Cost: $20/members, $25/non-members. or 530-621-1224.
