Chocolate Congelado

The St. Germain Cocktail

  • 2 ounces MARTINI Prosecco
  • 1.5 ounces St-Germain
  • 2 ounces Club Soda
Stir ingredients in a tall ice-filled Collins glass, mixing completely. Think of Paris circa 1947. Garnish with a lemon twist.



La Rosette

  • 1.5 ounces St-Germain
  • Top with Brut Rosé
Serve in a flute glass and garnish with a strawberry.


St-Germain and Champagne

  • 1.5 ounces St-Germain
  • Top with Brut Champagne
Serve in a flute glass and garnish with a strawberry.

Chocolate Congelado

  • 1-½ ounces Herradura Añejo
  • 1 ounce Mexican bitter chocolate paste
  • 2 dashes Xocolatl bitters
  • 1-½ ounces heavy cream
    •    Place all ingredients excluding the heavy cream in to a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice.
    •    Shake hard and strain over ice in to a chilled coupe glass.
    •    In a separate shaker place the heavy cream and cubed ice, shake hard to separate, then pour carefully over a bar spoon to layer the cream over the coffee. Garnish with a dust of nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.


  • ½ oz lemon
  • 1-¼ ounces red wine
  • 1-½ ounces cranberry juice
  • ½ ounce agave syrup
  • 1 ounce Bohemia
1. Shake all ingredients minus the Bohemia with ice and strain into glass with no ice.
2. Top with Bohemia and grated cinnamon on top. Serve in a coupe glass.
