Is there a right and wrong time of the day to work out?
No. There is no reliable evidence to prove there is a wrong or right time to exercise. The key is being consistent. Find the right time of day for you: early morning before work, mid-morning after the kids are off to school, lunchtime, or in the evening after work. If you want to maximize your workouts, do your cardio and weights at different times in the same day.

I am about to try waxing for the first time. How can I mentally and physically prepare for my appointment?
This is what I tell my guests: To physically prepare, exfoliate. When exfoliating, all of the hair that is trapped by dead skin comes out, thus ensuring better results. Try our Post-Wax Exfoliate, which is ideal from head to toe; not only does it remove dead skin but also hydrates with hyaluronic acid. Also, your hair should be a 1/4 of an inch long, about the length of your lower eyelashes. Mentally, keep in mind that each subsequent waxing session gets easier if you consistently wax every 3-4 weeks (so that hair re-growth is kept to a minimum). The hair will grow in finer, and the wax comes off much easier as well!
