Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?
Our automotive repair business was established in 1999, and in 2008 we took over ownership. Randi’s brother started the business with Randi as the manager, so it has always remained in the family. Our goal is to make our clients knowledgeable about their vehicle and its condition. Since most people do not budget for repairs, we try to keep them informed on what it needs now versus what repairs or maintenance it will need later. We take pride in giving personal service and treating our clients like family.
How are you involved with both the community and your customer?
We are supporters of New Morning Youth and Family Services as well as M.O.R.E., Inc. Each year we hold an event here to help with these great organizations. On June 11, 2011, we hosted a “Car Show and Family Fun Day” with vendors, food, music and raffles; all the money raised went to New Morning and M.O.R.E., Inc.
Why is your staff the best in the business?
Because we care about our clients and their vehicles; in addition, we strive to do a great job of keeping our clients informed, while performing quality and affordable repairs and maintenance services.
What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?
We have several favorites including Kobe Sushi, and for comfort food, Buttercup Pantry.
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
John F. Kennedy, Jr. He did so much for our country and had a very interesting, but short life.
What’s your favorite local event that you go to?
We like to go to the Diamond Springs Country Bazaar on Labor Day. It is fun to get a bargain and visit with clients, friends and family.
And finally, customer service is…?
Customer service is the most important part of our business! There are many other places to take your vehicle for repairs and services. It is all about how you treat your clients, and how good they feel about their experience!
Do you know that our editorial is not paid for, nor can it be purchased? In fact, our Introducing and Dine reviews are not paid advertisements. If you’d like your business profiled, please email Wendy Sipple at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we determine when your business will be featured, we will contact you to schedule a time to come out and take a photograph. Thank you!
