Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

I am an attorney with a passion for music...so when some space opened up in my building, I thought it was a good chance to indulge my hobby. I wanted to support local musicians, and provide a classy spot for piano recitals, open jams and high-quality music lessons.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

I am active in the American Legion, having served in the Navy for six years.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

My staff can play on stage, so they are the best advisors to the rest of us.

What life accomplishments are you most proud of?

Being the father of a law student and an Army soldier all at the same time.

Who is your role model in business or in life, and why?

Ossie Scariot and Harry DeWolf. They are doing well today because they had the courage to start a door-to-door garbage service with their own pick-up truck, at a time when people wondered why they would pay someone to take their trash to the dump when they could just burn it or take it there.

Where do you go when the going gets tough?

To play some music really loud.

What’s your hidden talent?

They must remain hidden.

What’s your favorite place to eat out locally?

Heyday Café, of course!

What’s your favorite local event that you go to?

Main Street parades and events.

If you could be any other profession what would it be?

Jack Bauer at CTU comes to mind first.

And finally, customer service is…?

Engaging the customer and leaving them glad to be a part of our local economy.
