California Culinary Academy of San Francisco graduate, Gabriel Glasier, brings an eclectic blend of flavors to Redbud Café and Wine Bar where he not only serves as executive chef, but also part owner. When asked about the menu, Glasier says, “it is rewarding to create my own menu, which reflects my experience in the bay area with a focus on local ingredients.” Influenced by the cuisine of the Sierra wine country, and flavors from around the world, Glasier’s menu offers something for everyone. And everyone is raving – he even received a standing ovation from diners the same night a food writer from Sacramento was dining – talk about serendipity.
